Our Mediterranean flavors meet even the most demanding expectations.
We use carefully selected extra virgin olive oil and we add the freshness of the best vegetables to all our dishes and salads.

 

Buffet Menu 1

Welcome Drink

Upon entering and while waiting for the newly-wed couple, your guests will be able to enjoy a cool welcome drink. We will offer ice-cold sparkling wine.

With your drink at the bar
  • Small vegetable sticks with spicy dips.
  • Choux stuffed with parmesan mousse.
At the Buffet

Variety of breads (multigrain, whole, corn, olive, baguettes, village bread, loaves, braided bread)

Salads
  • Vegetable feast with lettuce, arugula, radicchio, iceberg, tricolor grilled peppers, breaded manouri (Greek semi-soft, fresh white whey cheese made from goat or sheep milk) and Remoulade sauce .
  • Green salad with lettuce, arugula, chicken marinated in soy and honey with aromatic croutons and parmesan flakes.
  • Cretan rusk salad with cherry tomatoes and sour cream.
  • Potato salad with crispy bacon and spring onions.
Appetizers
  • Rustic greek leek pie with traditional leaf.
  • Mozzarella mille feuille with fresh tomatoes.
  • Crepes with ham, cheese and cream.
Side Dishes
  • Whole baked potatoes with butter and spices.
  • Butter rice with parmesan.

Main dishes
  • Roast beef with grill sauce.
  • Teriyaki chicken with colorful peppers and sesame.

Variety of kefalotyri (hard, salty white cheese made from sheep milk or goat’s milk), Cretan gruyere, parmesan and smoked Metsovone (semi-hard smoked cheese), accompanied by crackers.

Upon arrival, we will offer your guests Kir Royal cocktail or Rossini (champagne with strawberry juice) or Bellini (champagne with peach juice).

  • Canapé with smoked salmon on a black bun.
  • Mini zucchini balls on toothpick swords.

Salads
  • Mixed green salad with seven different leafy plants and white vinegar, mustard and orange vinaigrette. (LF), (V)
  • Tomato with Buffalo mozzarella and pesto.
  • Salad with arugula, cherry tomatoes, parmesan flakes, white balsamic sauce. (V)
  • Caesar salad with green vegetables hearts, grilled chicken, parmesan, crouton and Caesar dressing.
  • Salad bouquet with grilled vegetables (tree mushrooms, peppers, eggplants, zucchini), lemon-oil dressing flavored with oregano.
  • Grilled eggplant salad.

  • Mille feuille rusk with avocado, tsalafouti (Greek soft creamy cheese), tomato, served on a spoon.
  • Meatballs stuffed with manouri (Greek semi-soft, fresh whey cheese made from goat or sheep milk) in tomato jam, served in a white pot.
  • Shot glasses with breaded mushrooms in tarama dip (a kind of creamy dip prepared with smoked or fresh fish roes, soaked bread, olive oil and lemon juice).
  • Shrimp with potato spaghetti in a shot glass with “thousand islands” sauce.
  • Shot glasses with Peruvian potato and cream cheese. (V)
  • Feta cheese fried sticks wrapped with filo, and raspberry sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Open Bar

The following refreshing cocktails will be offered from the bar:

  • Mojito: mint leaves, sugar syrup, lime, soda and white rum. Served in a long drink glass and garnished with lime pieces.
  • Caipirinha: cachucha, brown sugar, lime. Served in an old fashioned glass and garnished with lime mint.
  • Margarita: tequila, cointreau, lemon juice. Served in a cocktail glass and garnished with a slice of lemon.
